    Bus
    Sull’isola esiste un servizio di navetta/bus che collega il paese a luoghi di interesse e spiagge sulle due strade principali, nelle ore diurne.

    Bicicletta
    La bicicletta è molto usata in tutte le stagioni, sia dal paese alle spiagge che sono in una zona piana, sia per raggiungere il centro dell'isola. La strada più lunga dell’isola raggiunge i 14 km. Per la presenza di qualche tratto di strada in salita, raccomandiamo ai meno sportivi l’uso di bici elettriche con pedalata assistita o scooter.

    Gli scooter sono molto utilizzati sull’isola, in tutte le stagioni.

    Auto
    L’isola è grande e se il mezzo di trasporto preferito è l’automobile o si sbarca sull’isola in aereo, l’affitto è possibile sia in aeroporto, sia direttamente a Carloforte.

    The Residence
    The house has a living area composed by a kitchen and abright double living room, overlooking the verandas and the pine forest of the garden. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with extra bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. A large porch equipped with table and deckchairs allows guests to enjoy pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air, just 50 meters from the beach. Still outside, there is a warm outdoor shower, a wood oven and a portable barbecue, everything to give you a relaxing holiday with the scent of pine trees and the sea breeze.

    Casa Diana stays at less than 2 kilometres from the village. The residence has a private parking.The house stays at the ground floor, attainable by two small steps.

    Casa Diana is located in one of the few zones ofSan Pietro’sIsland where is possible to reach the beach with a very short walk.Il Giuncobeach known for its shallow water always with mild temperature, a reason that permits the local people to enjoy the sea between May and November. The perfect location of the area makes it possible to reach the village or the nearest beaches along the coast by using an electric bicycle or simply by walking.
    In the village you can buy typical souvenirs, taste delicious meals from the traditional gastronomy served by the local restaurants, walk along the seafront and appreciate the typical “carruggi” (alleys) where the best artisans, fishmongers and local producers can be found.

    4. Smoking is not allowed in the residence and pets are not permitted.

    In case of repair work, we point out that it is not always possible to ensure the immediate presence of our maintenance department, especially during the periods with more tourists. However, our staff will take care of it and find a timely solution that limits the inconvenience to minimum.

    The residence
    Casa Gaia, located on the first floor of a renovated building, accessible by a wide and comfortable staircase, is very bright and functional: it has a large living area with dining room and TV, a separated kitchenette with natural light. There is a well detached area, with two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, also serving the living area. The residence has no air conditioning system because it is cool in summer and not humid during the winter. It has two small terraces, one located in the dining room and the other in the master bedroom.

    Casa Gaia is located invia Diaz, between the seafront,Piazza Pegli(free parking) and the Saline natural reserve, easily to reach on foot from the ferry landing.

    Casa Gaia has a strategic position in the village, far from the noise of the historical centre and accessible whether by walking or by car. Almost in front of the house a well-stocked supermarket andPeglisquare behind it, home of the local market, making it convenient for shopping and parking if you arrive by car.
    In five minutes on foot and even less by bike, you reachPiazza della Repubblica(the main square), or thePiazza dei quattro alberi(“Four Trees Square”), so as called by the community because of the four majesticficuspresent in the beating heart of the city. For those who love jogging and walking, the beautiful path inside the salt reserve is always visited by nature and sports lovers, and, every season, you can also admire the beautiful flamingos, grey herons, the egrets and the knights of Italy that form this extraordinary ecosystem.

    La Residenza
    La Residenza ha al livello d’ingresso una tipica area pranzo con angolo cottura e camino che si affaccia sulla veranda e sul giardino, una deliziosa cameretta matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia; al livello superiore, al quale di accede con comoda scala in muratura, un soppalco passante con letto matrimoniale e una camera doppia con vista sulla rigogliosa macchia mediterranea propria di questa parte dell’isola. All’esterno, pilozzo e doccia calda esterna e gazebo con grande tavolo per mangiare all’aperto.  La Residenza è silenziosa e accessibile in tutte le stagioni.

     

    Accesso Ospiti
    La casa dista meno di 4 km. dal paese, con ultimo chilometro di strada bianca zonale, a doppio senso ma stretto, comunque frequentato soltanto dagli abitanti delle poche case circostanti. Area parcheggio privata a due passi dalla residenza.

    Un giro nei dintorni
    Presso la Residenza è situata una suggestiva pineta e macchia mediterranea con sentieri per fare jogging, escursioni e percorsi a piedi.

    L’Isola di San Pietro è un paradiso incontaminato, il rispetto della natura e la sostenibilità delle risorse è una condizione essenziale per chi vuole viverla e apprezzarla nella sua pienezza.

    1. L’acqua sull’isola è preziosa e non può essere sprecata, si prega di moderarne il consumo.
    2. Rispettare le modalità di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti (umido, plastica, vetro/metalli, carta/cartone) e smaltirli nell’apposita area di raccolta, durante il soggiorno e prima di effettuare il check-out, avendo cura di svuotare i cestini, il frigo e le dispense.
    3. Al fine di mantenere il buon funzionamento degli impianti ed evitare l’utilizzo di prodotti chimici inquinanti, è importante non buttare carta igienica nel water, utilizzando l’apposito cestino, esattamente come si fa in barca, ed evitare di far entrare negli scarichi residui di cibo, capelli e sabbia.
    4. Nella residenza non è consentito fumare e non sono ammessi animali. 

    Segnaliamo, in caso di interventi di riparazione sugli impianti e sugli elettrodomestici, che non è sempre possibile assicurare la presenza in tempo reale dei nostri manutentori, soprattutto nel periodo di massima affluenza dei turisti. For those arriving by car, the road is release for cars and other means of transport and parking on the seafront, just a few metres from the entrance of the residence.

    La Casa dista 8 km, dal paese e ha un comodo parcheggio privato ombreggiato da una pergola, raggiungibile dalla strada provinciale attraverso una breve strada bianca.

     

    Un giro nei dintorni
    Direttamente dalla Casa si possono fare bellissime escursioni nei dintorni, a piedi o in bicicletta, per piccole strade di campagna, che conducono al mare. A meno di 1 km dista la spiaggia della Caletta, la più grande e bella dell’isola.

    The residence
    The residence has a Mediterranean garden at the entrance level, a terrace and a typical porch for outdoor dining, facing west towards the sea. In the main floor, a functional dining area with open kitchen and a comfortable loft with two matching single beds; from the living area it is possible to access the spacious double bedroom with an extra bed and the large bathroom with shower and washing machine, which overlooks the beautiful bougainvillea in the garden. Outdoor, there is a shower, a toilet and a small barbecue. The area is quiet and accessible in all seasons.

    Guest Access
    The house stays 8 kilometres from the village and has a convenient parking space covered by a beautiful pergola. It is accessible from the provincial road through a short white way.

    A tour in the surroundings
    Directly from the house you can make exciting tours in the surroundings, on foot or by bike, through small country roads that lead to the sea. Less than 1 kilometre away isLa Caletta, the largest and most beautiful beach of the island.

    The Island of San Pietro is an uncontaminated paradise, respect for nature and the sustainability of resources are essential conditions for those who want to live it and appreciate the most of it.
    Casedicarloforte asks for the observation of some simple rules during the stay:
    1. Water on the island is precious and cannot be wasted, please moderate the use of it.
    2. Respect the methods of separate waste collection (wet, plastic, glass / metals, paper / cardboard) and dispose them in the appropriate collection area, during the stay and before check-out, taking care to empty the waste bins, the fridge and the pantries.
    3. In order to keep the plumbing structure working properly and avoid the use of polluting chemical products, it is important not to throw toilet paper in the toilet and prevent entering the residual waste of food, hair and sand, using the appropriate bin instead.
    4. Smoking is not allowed in the residence and pets are not permitted.

    In case of repair work, we point out that it is not always possible to ensure the immediate presence of our maintenance department, especially during the periods with more tourists. However, our staff will take care of it and find a timely solution that limits the inconvenience to minimum.

    Affascinante residenza storica indipendente nel cuore del paese su due livelli separati, con doppio accesso e affacci ed esclusiva terrazza per meravigliose colazioni all’aperto e romantiche cene sotto le stelle, Casa Sibilla è stata ristrutturata da un Architetto che ne ha portato alla luce le caratteristiche originarie, soffitti alti, murature in pietra e bellissimi pavimenti antichi, che conferiscono all’ambiente l’antica eleganza delle case tabarchine e colori rilassanti che invitano alla vacanza. La residenza offre tutti i comfort della vita in paese, a due passi dalla piazza del mercato, a contatto con gli usi e costumi locali, come le processioni religiose e i carri del Carnevale che sfilano davanti alla Casa. Ideale per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici. La struttura è composta da due aree notte indipendenti a livelli diversi, ciascuna con aria condizionata, TV e wifi: la SIBILLA suite, al piano terreno, è composta da due camere con letto matrimoniale e sofà doppio e ingresso indipendente, bagno privato con grande doccia 100x80; Sibilla Arlecchino suite, ricavata nell’antico sottotetto, ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto aggiunto, bagno privato e terrazza a livello. Hanno in comune una cucina ben accessoriata e una grande terrazza arredata. La formula di soggiorno è flessibile, in quanto la residenza può essere locata per intero (da 2 a 7 pax) o per Rooms (da 1 a 4 pax).

    Accesso Ospiti
    Situata in una zona tranquilla del centro, la residenza si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dallo sbarco dei traghetti. Casa Sibilla si sviluppa su due livelli ed ha due ingressi indipendenti, per un comodo accesso alle sue camere. Per chi arriva in auto, il parcheggio più vicino si trova accanto alla residenza e nelle strade limitrofe, oppure a 100 mt. a Piazza Pegli.

     

    Un giro nei dintorni
    La Casa si trova nei pressi del mercato rionale ed a pochi minuti dalle saline dove è possibile ammirare i fenicotteri e praticare jogging e bicicletta. Nella zona alta del paese, le mura conducono al Giardino di Note, al Museo e al Forte, da cui si scorge una bellissima panoramica del paese, delle saline e del mare.
    La spiaggia più vicina (Spalmatoreddu) è a poche centinaia di metri dalla residenza. Le altre spiagge di sabbia bianca finissima le scogliere dell’isola sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. L’accesso alla balneazione è libero, il parcheggio a offerta, presenti ovunque chioschi per il ristoro.

     

    Regole della casa
    L’Isola di San Pietro è un paradiso incontaminato, il rispetto della natura e la sostenibilità delle risorse è una condizione essenziale per chi vuole viverla e apprezzarla nella sua pienezza.
    Casedicarloforte chiede l’osservazione di alcune semplici regole durante il soggiorno:
    1. L’acqua sull’isola è preziosa e non può essere sprecata, si prega di moderarne il consumo. 
    2. Rispettare le modalità di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti (umido, plastica, vetro/metalli, carta/cartone) e smaltirli nell’apposita area di raccolta, durante il soggiorno e prima di effettuare il check-out, avendo cura di svuotare i cestini, il frigo e le dispense.
    3. Al fine di mantenere il buon funzionamento degli impianti ed evitare l’utilizzo di prodotti chimici inquinanti, è importante non buttare carta igienica nel water, utilizzando l’apposito cestino, esattamente come si fa in barca, ed evitare di far entrare negli scarichi residui di cibo, capelli e sabbia.
    4. Nella residenza non è consentito fumare e non sono ammessi animali. 

    Segnaliamo, in caso di interventi di riparazione sugli impianti e sugli elettrodomestici, che non è sempre possibile assicurare la presenza in tempo reale dei nostri manutentori, soprattutto nel periodo di massima affluenza dei turisti. Il nostro Staff si occuperà comunque di trovare una soluzione tempestiva che limiti il disagio al minimo possibile.

    CASA SIBILLA

    Charming independent historical residence in the heart of the village. It has two separate levels, double access and an exclusive roof terrace for wonderful outdoor breakfasts and romantic dinners under the stars. Casa Sibilla has been renovated by an architect who has brought out the original features like high ceilings, walls made by stone and beautiful traditional floors, giving to the rooms the antique elegance of the local houses and colours that invite to be entertained by the holiday. The residence offers all the comforts of life in the village, very close to the market square, in contact with local habits, such as religious processions and carnival floats parade in front of the house. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.

    The structure consists of two independent sleeping areas on different levels, each one with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. The SIBILLA suite, on the ground floor, consists of two bedrooms with double bed and double sofa and private entrance, private bathroom with large shower 100x80. The Sibilla Arlecchino suite, converted from the attic, has a double bed and an extra bed, private bathroom and terrace level. They share a well-equipped kitchen and a large furnished terrace.

    The booking method is flexible making it possible to rent the whole residence (12+2 guests or 12+5 guests) or each separate suite (from 1 to 3+1 guests).

    At the ground floor there is an elegant double bedroom, spacious living area (mutable in a night are) with a fireplace and a large bathroom with shower, delightful well equipped kitchen. Using an internal staircase it is possible to reach the first floor and find a romantic double bedroom with an extra bed, a private bathroom and also a large balcony.

     

    Guest Access

    Placed in a very quiet area in the centre of the village, the residence stays at only 10 minutes by walking from the ferry harbour. Casa Sibilla is set entirely on the ground floor and offers two independent entrances, for easy access to its rooms. For those arriving by car, it is possible to park in the streets near the residence or in the nearest parking area that is only 100 meters distance (inPeglisquare).

     

    A tour in the surroundings

    Situated near the local market and just a few minutes from the Salt Natural Reserve and "the salt road”, perfect places to practice jogging or cycling and admire hundreds of flamingos. In the upper area of ​​the village, the walls lead to the Garden of Notes, the Museum and the Fort, from where you can have a beautiful view of the town, the Salt Natural Reserve and the sea.

    The nearest beach (Spalmatoreddu) is just a few hundred meters from the residence. The other beaches of thin white sand and the cliffs of the island are located in a short distance. Access to bathing is free, parking on offer, kiosks for refreshment in almost all the beaches.
